EC Hammargren AB, registration number 559060-0838 is a Swedish company which operates the website EC-sport.se under the brand “EC Dynamics”.
EC Dynamics adheres to Swedish rules and regulations to ensure a secure shopping experience for you as a consumer.
These terms and conditions are effective from June 28, 2023.

Purchase Agreement

Once you, as a customer, have placed your order and received confirmation from EC Dynamics to the email address provided during the order process, you have confirmed your purchase and thereby accepted these terms and conditions. By completing a purchase, you consent to the registration of your personal information in our business system. To shop on EC Dynamics' website, you must be at least 18 years old. EC Dynamics primarily targets consumers within the EU. If you are located outside the EU but still wish to purchase our products, please contact us using the contact form on the website.

We handle personal information in accordance with GDPR. Your information will be used solely for the purpose of processing your purchase, delivering the products you have ordered, handling the right of withdrawal, and addressing any complaints. Personal information will never be disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. You have the right to access all the information we have on record about you. You also have the right to object to the storage and request the deletion of your information, unless it conflicts with other legislation. Contact us if you would like to access the registered information we have about you.

To facilitate purchases on our e-commerce platform, we utilize Stripe and Klarna as payment solutions.

WE REPORT ALL FALSE ORDERS AND ATTEMPTS OF FRAUD TO THE POLICE.

Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to exchange or return your item, please notify the return within 14 days of receiving the product with a note of reason and we’ll be happy to do so. This right does not apply to any customized or personalized goods bought through our website or invoiced.

Returned goods eligible for a refund or exchange will receive a refund less any shipping costs taxes/charges imposed on us on re-entry of goods into Sweden (if applicable). In both instances a refund or exchange will only be provided that the product/s have not been used and are returned in saleable condition. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the item/s and we recommend using a tracked service to return it.

Unclaimed packages are NOT covered by the right of withdrawal. For ordered but uncollected items, you will be charged for the cost of the ordered item, as well as the shipping fees for both delivery and return.

Return Shipping and Refunds

If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal, you, as the consumer, are responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds will be made within 14 days after we receive your return. Refunds do not include any previously paid shipping costs.

Complaints and Warranty

As a consumer, you have a 24-month warranty on our EC Dynamics branded products and a 12-month warranty on partner products. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects and applies to the product itself, excluding any consequential damages. As a consumer, you have a 3-year right to file a complaint. A complaint is only valid when there is damage to the product itself, not normal wear and tear. Complaints to EC Dynamics should be made as soon as the defect is discovered. EC Dynamics adheres to the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) in case of any disputes. If a complaint is approved, EC Dynamics covers the cost of shipping.

Delivery

After receiving an order, our aim is to dispatch stocked items within 2-5 working days.

Errors and Sold-out Items in Published Material

We at EC Dynamics reserve the right to correct any errors in product descriptions, images, and prices on the website. The images on the website may not accurately represent the appearance of the product. We also reserve the right to change prices and sell out without prior notice. This may be due to currency fluctuations, price changes from suppliers, or technical errors on the website.
